VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR RWANDA
TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. Two (2) completed application form.
3. Two (2) passport quality photos color.
4. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.
5. Hotel Confirmation is required if you are staying in a hotel or if you are staying with family or friends a Letter of Invitation from your host is required.
6. Vaccinations - A copy of your International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required.
BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. Two (2) completed application form.
3. Two (2) passport quality photos color.
4. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Rwanda and financial guarantee for all your expenses.
5. A Letter of Invitation from the host company in Rwanda is required.
6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.
7. Vaccinations - A copy of your International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required.
