VISA INSTRUCTION GUIDE FOR UZBEKISTAN
The consular district of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Washington DC includes the following states of the US: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Washington DC, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and Brazil, Canada, and Cuba.
TOURIST VISA - Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One completed application form,Must be completed ONLINE then printed and signed.
3. One (1) passport size photo, color.
4. Copy of airline tickets or travel agent itinerary.
BUSINESS VISA - Please send the following:
1. U.S. Passport, signed and valid for at least 6 months.
2. One completed application form,Must be completed ONLINE then printed and signed.
3. One (1) passport size photo, color.
4. Government approved invitation letter from your host/sponsor in Uzbekistan. Corresponding invitation must be sent by the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations to the consulate in DC.
5. Business cover letter from your company stating purpose of travel, dates of travel, name and contact of the company in Uzbekistan and financial guarantee for all your expenses.
6. Copy of your airline ticket or travel agent itinerary.

A. Non-U.S. Passports must send a copy of their U.S. visa or green card, front and back.
B. Additional fees and documents may be required for Non-U.S. Passports.
C. Documents received after 10:30am, processing will begin the next business day.
D. Yellow fever vaccinations are recommended and required if arriving from an infected country.
